Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To meet the deadline it is enough that you send the statement before the withdrawal period expires.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online, on this page. If you use that function, we send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (for example by email) without undue delay, stating the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it reached us.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract we shall reimburse all payments we received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which the notice of your withdrawal reached us. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you are charged no fee for that reimbursement.

If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you pay us an amount proportionate to what was provided up to the moment you told us of your withdrawal, measured against the full scope of the contract.
