Refund windows

• First subscription payments and plan upgrades: fully refundable if you request within 14 days.
• Subscription renewals: refundable if you request within 14 days of the renewal charge.
• AI credit top-ups: the unused portion is refundable if you request within 14 days.
• We may decline refunds in cases of repeated purchase-and-refund abuse.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. For Korean consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce continues to apply, and where it is more favorable to you than this policy, it prevails. Because AI credits are digital content, once you have used credits the used portion may no longer be withdrawable; this is indicated at the point of purchase and use.
