1. Who provides the Service

Scorvo ("the Service") is provided by Osii (business registration number 247-70-00655), represented by LEE JAE WON, located at Q139, B1, 8-126 Yongmun-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea. Contact: support@scorvo.io. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The English version of these Terms is the governing text. Translations are for convenience; if there is any conflict, the English version prevails.

2. The Service

Scorvo is a tool for organizing clubs, teams, players, tournaments, matches, scores, and statistics, with optional AI-assisted import. Features available on each plan are described on our pricing page and in the app.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

4. Plans, credits, and payments

Scorvo offers a free tier and paid subscription plans, plus AI credits consumed by AI file import. Monthly included credits reset each month and do not roll over; purchased top-up credits do not expire. Plan limits apply to new creation, while existing data remains accessible.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

This means Paddle, not Osii, is the seller of record for your purchase and handles billing, tax, invoicing, refunds, and payment disputes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

5. Refund policy

• First subscription payments and plan upgrades: fully refundable if you request within 14 days.
• Subscription renewals: refundable if you request within 14 days of the renewal charge.
• AI credit top-ups: the unused portion is refundable if you request within 14 days.
• We may decline refunds in cases of repeated purchase-and-refund abuse.

Refunds are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. For Korean consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce continues to apply, and where it is more favorable to you than this policy, it prevails. Because AI credits are digital content, once you have used credits the used portion may no longer be withdrawable; this is indicated at the point of purchase and use. 6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully, or to store or share content you have no right to store or share.
• Do not attempt to breach security, access other users' data, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not misuse AI features to generate unlawful content or to circumvent plan limits.

7. Data you enter about others

If you enter personal data about third parties — for example your club's players, including minors — you represent and warrant that you have a lawful basis to do so and, where required, have obtained the necessary consent (including guardian consent for minors). For this data you act as the controller and Scorvo acts as your processor under the Data Processing Addendum, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and may update, change, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Osii is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. The English version of these Terms governs.
