Terms of Service

1. The service

Scorvo helps a club run its competitions — importing past results, drafting seasons from presets, recording matches, and sharing standings. We provide the service as it exists; features change as the product grows.

2. Your account and eligibility

Accounts are for club operators. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live to hold one. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

3. The people you record

You enter the players in your club and their results. You are responsible for having the right to record that information and to share it as you choose, and for the accuracy of what you enter. You control who a shared page reaches — a public standings page or an unlisted link — and the default settings for players' names are described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload content you have no right to, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or its data. We may suspend an account that does.

5. Plans, billing, and credits

Scorvo has a free plan and paid plans (Basic and Pro). Every plan has every feature; the plans differ only in scale — how many clubs, active players, and concurrent competitions you can run. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are shown in US dollars; checkout charges in your local currency where we support one, and a subscription keeps billing in the currency it started in.

Payments are processed by Polar as the merchant of record. That means Polar, not Osii, is the seller of record for your subscription and handles your card details, invoices, and applicable taxes.

Two things use credits: a turn with the in-app assistant, and saving the results we read out of a file you upload. Reading a file you then discard costs nothing. Paid plans include an allowance of credits that is granted once a month — on an annual plan as well as a monthly one — and does not roll over, and no allowance is granted for a month in which a payment is outstanding. You can also buy a one-time credit top-up, which does not expire. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable on their own.

6. Refunds, cancellation, and lapse

You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. If a payment is refunded, any credits granted by that payment are reclaimed in proportion to the refund.

A cancelled subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for. When that period ends, or when a subscription lapses, the account returns to the free plan and the monthly allowance ends with it: whatever is left of that month's credits is reclaimed rather than carried over. Your top-up balance is a separate pocket and is not touched — the credits in it stay on the account and can still be spent on the free plan. Refund eligibility beyond the above is handled by Polar as merchant of record in line with its policies.

One refund we make without being asked. If you delete your account and a payment still reaches us afterwards, we return that payment to the card it was taken from, including the tax on it, and write to the address the account was signed up with to say so. No credits are granted for that payment, because the account is closed. If returning it does not go through, we settle it by hand.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Scorvo at any time. To stop the charges you cancel the subscription from your plan and billing page; a cancelled subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. Deleting your account, from your account page, ends your access, and we cancel any subscription still billing on that account in the same way, so that you are not charged for a plan you can no longer reach; if a payment lands after that anyway, section 6 says what we do with it.

Deleting your account also ends the club records you entered, on a delay — for an account that holds them. If you have never created or joined a club there is nothing here for a delay to protect and nothing being billed, so deleting such an account removes the way you sign in there and then: it is immediate, there is no period to stop it in, and nothing brings it back. We only do that where the screen you confirmed on said so; if we could not reach our own records at that moment it says the twenty-eight-day version instead, and confirming then changes nothing. Otherwise, for twenty-eight days nothing is erased, so a deletion made by mistake can still be stopped, including by writing to privacy@scorvo.io in time for a person to act before that erasure begins; after that the clubs you owned — their rosters, their results, and the files you uploaded — are erased automatically, beginning on the first of our nightly sweeps once that wait has run out; the erasure runs in stages and can take more than one night, and we hold it where a cancellation or a sign-in deletion has not gone through. That wait is the same for every deletion that gets one. Where we wrote to you when such a request reached us, that message names the day the wait runs out. What tax and accounting law requires us to keep, chiefly the record of your payments, is kept for the period our Privacy Policy states and stripped of what identifies you.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where we must to comply with the law. Where we close an account ourselves we will cancel any subscription on it, so that you are not charged for a plan you can no longer reach.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service; where a change is significant we will give reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual property

The service, its software, and its design belong to Osii. The club and player data you enter remains yours; you grant us the permission needed to store, process, and display it in order to provide the service.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Scorvo is a record-keeping tool; you are responsible for the decisions you make with it. To the extent permitted by law, Osii's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction there, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

12. Changes and contact

If we change these terms we update the date at the top, and where a change is significant section 8's promise of reasonable notice covers these terms too. A change applies to your use of the service from then on; it does not reach back into a period you have already paid for. If you do not want a change to apply to you, you can stop using the service — cancel a subscription from your plan and billing page, and the period you have paid for still runs to its end, or delete the account from your account page if there is nothing to cancel.
