Terms of Service

1. The service

Scorvo helps a club run its competitions — importing past results, drafting seasons from presets, recording matches, and sharing standings. We provide the service as it exists; features change as the product grows.

2. Your account and eligibility

Accounts are for club operators. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live to hold one. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

3. The people you record

You enter the players in your club and their results. You are responsible for having the right to record that information and to share it as you choose, and for the accuracy of what you enter. You control who a shared page reaches — a public standings page or an unlisted link — and the default settings for players' names are described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload content you have no right to, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or its data. We may suspend an account that does.

5. Plans, billing, and credits

Scorvo has a free plan and paid plans (Basic and Pro). Every plan has every feature; the plans differ only in scale — how many clubs, active players, and concurrent competitions you can run. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in US dollars.

Payments are processed by Polar as the merchant of record. That means Polar, not Osii, is the seller of record for your subscription and handles your card details, invoices, and applicable taxes.

Some actions — reading an uploaded import — use credits. Paid plans include a monthly allowance of credits that resets at the start of each billing period and does not roll over. You can also buy a one-time credit top-up, which does not expire. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable on their own.

6. Refunds, cancellation, and lapse

You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. If a payment is refunded, any credits granted by that payment are reclaimed in proportion to the refund.

If a subscription lapses or is cancelled, the account returns to the free plan and its credit balance is frozen — it is preserved but cannot be spent until the account is on a paid plan again. Refund eligibility beyond the above is handled by Polar as merchant of record in line with its policies.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Scorvo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where we must to comply with the law. When an account closes, any active subscription stops and its data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service; where a change is significant we will give reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual property

The service, its software, and its design belong to Osii. The club and player data you enter remains yours; you grant us the permission needed to store, process, and display it in order to provide the service.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Scorvo is a record-keeping tool; you are responsible for the decisions you make with it. To the extent permitted by law, Osii's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction there, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

12. Changes and contact

If we change these terms we update the date at the top; continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@scorvo.io.
